Since its establishment in 1926, Publicis Groupe has developed into the third largest communications group in the world. Held in high esteem among her peers, Publicis Groupe’s general counsel Céline Fronval joined the company in 2012 and assumed her current position in May 2017.

Since then, she has assisted Publicis Groupe on the acquisition of PlowShare Group, the leading communications agency for non-profit organisations and government bodies as well as strategic partnerships with other multinationals such as Alibaba, Carrefour and Microsoft. Before her current role at Publicis Groupe, Fronval was deputy general counsel for over three years. Between 2012 and 2014 she was head of legal for France at the organisation. Prior to this she was chief legal officer at Betclic Group.
