Aymeric is the general secretary and general counsel for DENTRESSANGLE; the Dentressangle family’s investment holding company. In this role, Aymeric covers a broad spectrum, including not only the general secretariat of the holding company, but also the supervision at the highest level of the governance and all legal activities of DENTRESSANGLE and its business units, as well as the HR, compliance, insurance and litigation aspects. Aymeric Flamant is a member of the Paris Bar (“avocat au Barreau de Paris”) and holds a French and UK law degree from Paris X Nanterre, as well as a master’s degree in public business law from Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne. He has 25 years of solid experience, first in law firms (Gide, Winston & Strawn, Clifford Chance), and then within the AXA Group, where he was successively general counsel of AXA Investment Managers leading a 70-lawyer team across eight countries and, since 2019, general secretary of AXA Next.
