How do you approach managing legal aspects during periods of instability or crises, and how does your legal strategy align with the broader business strategy to ensure the organisation’s resilience? 

Being close to the business and understanding the strategy is fundamental and the signature of a successful legal team. We have adapted to proposing two stage contracts to de-risk pricing for both the company and the client. In addition to that, handling of geopolitical risk and of price revisions is central to all our negotiations today.

What strategic priorities are guiding you and your team in 2024? 

Some of our strategic priorities are modern contractual strategies for price risk sharing – two stage contracts, alliances, digitalisation, compliance and inflation of regulations.We are also concerned with structuring successful contract management teams.
