EDF announced in December 2018 that a new professional would take leadership of its legal team. New legal director Sabine Le Gac has been a highly-respected member of the legal team since 1998, bringing a wealth of experience to the role.
The team itself has had a major hand in a number of strategically important company projects.
In July 2019 EDF signed two bilateral sustainable revolving credit facilities with Crédit Agricole CIB and Societe Generale CIB, while in June it was announced that an EDF-led consortium was selected to design, build, operate and maintain the future Dunkirk offshore wind farm and in May electric mobility market joint venture DREEV was launched.
