Ismaning-based omnichannel retailer HSE24 – standing for Home Shopping Europe- has seen changes in its most senior legal role as Günther Sailer was appointed general counsel and executive vice president legal and compliance of the company in March 2017.  He will be expected to continue to dispense high-quality legal and compliance advice, and has a comprehensive remit that includes the provision of legal advice to all business partners including the management board. Prior to his current role, Sailer was most recently  general counsel and legal director at the Holy Fashion Group, a  fashion and lifestyle company based in Switzerland that is internationally renowned thanks to its Strellson, JOOP! and windsor. brands. He also previously worked as senior legal counsel at both SGL Carbon in Wiesbaden and manroland. He began his career at Hugo Boss AG in Metzingen.
