Spending over a decade providing legal advice and business support within the food and beverage industry, Helge Köhlbrandt is the current general counsel for Nestlé Deutschland, the German subsidiary company of the multinational Swiss food and drink company Nestlé. Before assuming his current position, he obtained three years of experience at global brewing company Anheuser-Busch InBev Germany, as the legal director for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Spain. Having achieved recognition for demonstrating his talent during this high profile and multijurisdictional role, he joined Nestlé Deutschland in 2009. Köhlbrandt is recognised and highlighted for his approach to a wide range of issues – including corporate matters, M&A transactions, due diligence, competition law and corporate governance.
