Thomas-Gerd Kühn has occupied the role of general counsel and chief compliance officer at chemical and consumer goods company Henkel since 2007. Having started within the Henkel legal department in 1991, he is knowledgeable not only on the applicable laws and regulatory risk profile of the company but the internal structures and machination of the organisation too. Providing outstanding support and counsel to business partners throughout his career, he was previously responsible for managing the global chemicals business. Subsequently, he moved to the corporate matters department, which he took over in 2002.
