Andrea Schoeneberg is vice president of corporate legal and head of corporate office at stock-listed Uniper. In her role, Andrea acts as a strategic advisor on legal questions to the management board of Uniper. Supported by her team, Andrea is the first go-to person for the management board and supervisory board of Uniper on all legal and administrative matters.

Besides being responsible for complex corporate legal projects (such as the takeover by Fortum in 2018, cross-border restructuring and all annual general meetings since 2019), Andrea was a key person in Uniper’s team negotiating and implementing the stabilisation measures provided by the German government in 2022, being reported by the press as the biggest bailout in German history.

Before Andrea joined Uniper in 2018, she gained seven years of professional experience as a lawyer with P+P Pöllath+Partners.
