Established in 1992, leading gaming solutions supplier and operator INTRALOT has grown exponentially since. The company now boasts a presence in 55 global jurisdictions with a recorded €1.32bn turnover and a global workforce of more than 5,300 employees. Having been with the company for a number of years, group chief legal and compliance counsel Athanasios Chronas is highlighted for working on the company’s most important recent projects which has contribute to its expansion.

Most recently, in 2018, he has overseen INTRALOT’s 10-year contract in the United States which saw a partnership with Camelot for the Illinois State Lottery, as well as the successful bid for a five-year contract extension with the Wyoming Lottery. Over the course of his long career, Chronas has established himself as one of Greece’s most skilled and experienced in-house lawyers. He has LLMs in European law from both the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and University College London.
