One of the leading food companies in the Greek market, Vivartia was founded in 2006 following a landmark merger and today it produces and markets its products through its well-known brands, namely, Delta Food, Goody’s and Barba Stathis. Senior legal counsel Dimitra Tsakiroglou joined the food conglomerate in 2015 after acquiring 15 years of professional legal experience specialising in management consulting and legal affairs in commercial law, particularly with regard to banking laws, regulatory implementation, competition issues and M&As.

In 2017, she assisted on Vivartia’s strategic plan for the continuous development and strengthening of its brands and strategic partnerships within and outside Greece. Tsakiroglou was legal counsel at integrated electricity services provider WATT+VOLT for two years prior to joining Vivartia and attorney at law in Unisystems, the first Greek-owned IT company established in Greece, for over three years prior to that. She obtained her LLM in commercial law and LLB from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2003 and 2000 respectively.
