A legal professional with strong links to the key players in the industry, Koulouroudia is involved in the negotiation and drafting of commercial and financing agreements, using her expertise to review shareholders agreements. She also ensures compliance with all relevant legal formalities as well as maintains relationships with corporate secretaries, government departments, public and financial institutions across J&P Group’s wide variety of countries of operation. Before assuming her current role, Koulouroudia led a team of junior lawyers and legal administrators at Christodoulos G. Vassiliades & Co LLC – alongside the legal administration of a large portfolio of Cyprus and foreign jurisdiction companies.
