A lawyer with an extensive track record of achievement in managing legal services, Nikolaos Zachos currently serves as head of legal at Intracom, one of the largest multinational technology groups in Southern Europe, where he focuses on legal advice for the commercial, contract and corporate functions.

Over his three-year tenure in this role Zachos has hit the ground running, impressing with his ability to deliver unparalleled legal service, streamline key processes, analyse complex issues and develop solutions that enable the company to meet strategic goals. To this end he was influential in the agreements totalling €357m between Intrakat, an Intracom subsidiary, and Fraport Greece for the construction projects at the 14 regional airports in Greece.

Prior to joining Intracom, Zachos amassed over 20 years of experience within the TMT, construction, public works and energy sectors, working for leading regional businesses such as Hellas Online, Attica Telecommunications and Ellaktor Group. Over the years, Zachos has been singled out by his peers for his flexibility and resourcefulness, as well as his track record of negotiating and securing agreements for his employers.
