Having worked within the Greek branch of one of the world’s most recognisable brands for almost 20 years, Olga Papadogianni is the long-tenured and highly respected legal director of Coca-Cola Hellas. Papadogianni leads a legal function comprised of seven lawyers and three paralegals, spanning a geography of 26 countries from Switzerland to Russia, and ensures that the team provides timely and business oriented legal advice on all matters related to marketing, advertising and consumer protection law, food law, competition law and labour law.

The wide institutional knowledge and legal experience Papadogianni has amassed throughout her career allows her to take the lead on M&A deals as well as corporate governance issues that affect the Coca-Cola Company and its various soft drink brands in Greece. Before joining Coca-Cola, Papadogianni spent over three years within the legal department at professional services firm EY between 1997 and 2000 dealing with M&A transactions, litigation and real estate.
