INTRASOFT International is a leading European IT solutions and services group with strong international presence and expertise. Among the Luxembourg-based company’s 1,700 highly-skilled professionals is group legal director Tzina Prokopidou who has a legal career that spans 30 years and is highly regarded in the Greek legal market.

Prokopidou initially joined INTRASOFT in 1991, spending almost a decade there as an attorney of law before being recruited by leading IT services provider and banking systems integrator, Intracom IT Services. There she held high-ranking legal positions including as general counsel of the government solutions division and head of legal services over a period of 10 years. Having impressed at Intracom with her legal expertise and knowledge of the IT market, INTRASOFT re-hired her as head of legal services in 2012, promoting her to the position of group legal director four years later. Prior to embarking on her highly successful in-house career in Greece’s IT sector, Prokopidou spent three years as an attorney of law at the Hellenic Agency for Local Development and Local Government.

She graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and in 2012 completed a managerial program provided by Harvard Business Publishing, a not-for-profit, wholly owned subsidiary of Harvard University.
