An individual that is highly recommended by nominating sources, Yiango-George Yiangoullis has enjoyed a rapid rise in the legal profession, since his career began in earnest over a decade ago. Initially a researcher in IT and data protection law at KU Leuven in Belgium, he returned to Cyprus in late 2010 to an associate position with Pamboridis of Nicosia, and practiced there for a year. After this, and shwing the extreme promise with which his legal talents were viewed by contemporaries, he took on a role as an attaché and legal affairs expert representing the Republic of Cyprus and the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the EU at the World Intellectual Property Organisation.

During this period of his career, he liaised with a number of prominent international organisations, including the United Nations, and displayed his collaborative and international character alongside his legal knowledge. Joining pharmaceutical company Remedica in 2013, Yiangoullis has gone from strength to strength, performing particularly well in the negotiation of IP licencing agreements, and has been tasked with managing an increasing set of responsibilities. In January 2017 he was promoted to the role of senior legal officer of the company. Yiangoullis holds a LLB in law and LLM in information technology and intellectual property law from the University of East Anglia.
