Rania and her team have also implemented a legal training program for the company’s employees, explaining in a clear and simple way the importance of legal aspects within the lifecycle of renewable energy projects, the significance of handling and managing incoming legal documentation in an appropriate manner and the essentiality of information flow and effective communication in giving informed accurate legal advice. She and her team have made use of digital presentation interactive tools, including polls, to make training interesting, inclusive and engaging.
