The legal strategy aims to minimise immediate risks and ensure compliance in the rapidly changing conditions of our industry. We support swift decision-making on a daily basis and enhance resilience through proactive legal measures.

What emerging technologies do you see as having the most significant impact on the legal profession in the near future, and how do you stay updated on these developments?

AI is undoubtedly a game-changer for paralegal tasks and initial research, making simple processes more efficient. I stay up to date through continuous learning, attending industry events, and networking with colleagues worldwide, which would be impossible without professional social networks and electronic communication. I also actively take advantage of online learning. Utilising these technologies helps me provide better legal support and stay ahead in our dynamic industry.

How do you prioritise diversity and inclusion within your legal department, and what initiatives have you implemented to foster a more inclusive and equitable work environment?

We prioritise diversity and inclusion by actively involving legal teams from a wide range of countries and backgrounds. We have implemented learning integration programmes to promote an inclusive workplace culture. We introduce workshops, internal conferences, and adaptation programmes for all employees, and having clear policies helps us create a supportive environment. We also track our progress through regular reviews and feedback to ensure that we continue to foster a more equitable and inclusive work environment.
