How do you approach managing legal aspects during periods of instability or crises, and how does your legal strategy align with the broader business strategy to ensure the organisation’s resilience?
The telecommunications and media sectors are in a constant state of transformation. My team must respond to new challenges daily, working hand in hand with the business to help pursue its strategic objectives, while ensuring its resilience and protecting its position. We do so by being adaptive, flexible but also open about options and risks.
