The legal team at Alpha Bank is equally innovative and skilful. Previously recognised in the GC Powerlist 2018 edition, the team at Alpha Bank spanning Greece and Cyprus is highly talented. In 2019, the team worked on the bank’s agreement with the Hellenic Fund for Entrepreneurship and Development (ETEAN) through the Action “Business Financing – Entrepreneurship Fund II” co-funded by Greece and the European Union – European Regional Development Fund. Additionally, changes have been announced in the structure of the legal team with the appointment of Nikos Salakas as general manager, chief legal and governance officer as part of the executive committee of the bank.
