Since helping facilitate the landmark acquisition of the Bank and subsequent rebranding of the Bank in 2016, the in-house legal team have worked on numerous other key projects including the acquisition of UBS Bank’s operations in the country which will significantly boost AstroBank’s position in the Cypriot market.
Heading the legal department at AstroBank is Elli Photiadou who also serves as secretary to the board of directors and head of corporate governance. With her guidance and expertise complimenting the team’s ability, AstroBank’s in-house legal function looks set to continue playing an important role on future company’s developments.
