Keith Hung was admitted as a Solicitor in Hong Kong in 1996 and holds Master’s Degrees in Law from the University of New South Wales and the University of Hong Kong. Since 2011, he has served as the Group Head of Legal for the Great Eagle Group, overseeing legal compliance across the Group’s operations. The Great Eagle Group encompasses three listed companies involved in property development, property leasing and management, asset management, hotel management, and trading across Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Mainland China, Japan, the UK, and the US.

Before joining the Great Eagle Group, Keith Hung was a senior associate at an international firm, specialising in corporate finance and compliance for listed companies.

He is a member of the Land Use, Planning and Environmental Law Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong. He is also a Certified NEC Professional as included in the NEC register of Chartered Institution of the Civil Engineering Surveyors in UK. Additionally, he has served as a member of the Board of Review under the Inland Revenue Ordinance of Hong Kong.

He is also a member of the Australian Property Institute, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in UK, and the Hong Kong Institute of Construction Adjudicators. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds its corporate finance qualification.
