Stanley Lui, a seasoned legal and compliance professional, brings extensive expertise across diverse industries. Currently serving as Legal Director for Asia at TI Fluid Systems, Stanley oversees supply contracts, product recalls, and corporate compliance, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. 

Previously, as Head of Legal and Compliance at Hilti for the Asia Pacific region, Stanley led the legal, compliance, and regulatory functions, ensuring adherence to global policies and local regulations. His experience extends to roles at Nobel Biocare, where he provided legal advice across various APAC jurisdictions and spearheaded compliance training initiatives. 

Stanley’s earlier tenure at Chubb/Guardforce involved managing legal affairs in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Southern China, focusing on contract review, M&A projects, and risk management. Active in community work, he created White Hat Guys, a non-profit platform promoting legal and compliance best practices through innovative collaborations.  

Stanley has received the In-House Community’s Best Practice Management Award for Compliance in 2021 and 2023. 

Stanley is also an active community theatre actor and has performed in more than ten different shows since 2014, ranging from dramatic plays, comedy shows, musicals, voice acting and pantomime.
