Comprising of 20 lawyers across Singapore and Hong Kong that cover all of the Asia Pacific jurisdictions, the Credit Suisse Global Markets legal team provide legal, regulatory and transactional support to the Asia Pacific global markets equities and fixed income businesses which covers OTC derivatives, derivative securities, cash equities, cash bonds, prime brokerage and futures. The legal team, which is headed by the highly-respected managing director and general counsel for global markets in the Asia Pacific division Crystal Lalime, has worked on many of the key initiatives affecting Asia Pacific global markets such as the Hong Kong-Shanghai Stock Connect and Bond Connect.
