Kenneth Ng, general counsel of HSBC in Hong Kong, leads the legal team handling everything from the company’s regulatory affairs, contracts, and overall legal affairs management in Hong Kong and around the world, supervising the business lines including, commercial banking, global private banking, global banking and markets, retail banking and wealth management. The team also covers all commercial contracts for the bank including its sponsorship deal with the Hong Kong Rugby Sevens team, its renewal for an additional four years, and becoming the official bank of World Rugby.
