In order to protect the company from litigious concerns and to manage the legal capacity of this highly competitive and evolving giant, McKinsey has a world class in-house legal team. In Hong Kong, the team lead the firm regarding legal matters ranging from providing advice, research and consulting work as well as in the development of new initiatives such as the “digital cities” program and the “China Institute of Operational Excellence”. The latter being part of the McKinsey China Leadership Institute in partnership with Tsinghua University.
