The legal team of Agricultural Bank of China Hong Kong Branch handles a wide range of legal matters for the business, contributing team has also contributed significantly to the branch’s various transactions within the past year. For example, with strong support from the head office, the Hong Kong Branch acted as a joint global coordinator and successfully underwrote China Cinda Asset Management’s US$1bn bond issuance in Hong Kong in February 2019.
