Ever since then BAT Hong Kong has been providing the local population with its popular cigarette brands, earning an enviable position in the market in the process. The legal team in Hong Kong is responsible for managing all legal and external affairs for the business, dealing with a wide range of complex legal, corporate, and business matters, including but not limited to corporate governance, M&A, risk management, regulatory strategy and compliance.
