With a track record of successful projects, the company is today recognised as a pioneer in its industry, spearheading new construction techniques and technologies across its civil, building and electrical installation and maintenance divisions. As general counsel for Asia Pacific, Jeremy Lee leads a diverse team of legal and commercial experts across 17 different legal jurisdictions. During the past 12 months, the legal team has been involved in some major projects, such as the opening of Heung Yuen Wai Highway in May 2019, which consists of Lung Shan Tunnel, Cheung Shan Tunnel, viaducts and four interchanges. At 4.8 kilometres, the Lung Shan Tunnel is currently the longest land-based road tunnel in Hong Kong.
