The in-house legal team at the Nan Fung Group, a powerful Hong Kong headquartered global real estate investment company and one of the first listed companies on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, continues to impress after its previous inclusion in the 2018 GC Powerlist: Hong Kong Teams edition. It has continued to demonstrate expert legal and business skill whilst assisting the Nan Fung Group’s growth as the company completes a seemingly endless chain of building projects and new investments. Recently, the team has completed a purchase agreement of a majority stake in UK property developer Endurance Land, which focuses on Central London properties, expanding the company’s presence in the European property market. This supplements the company’s growing presence in the US where it has further investments in New York City.
