Oasis Management is a private investment fund management company which manages global, market neutral, multi-strategy funds with a primary focus on Asia. Oasis has operated its office in Hong Kong since 2003. The legal team is headed by Phillip Meyer, who joined Oasis in 2007 and serves as general counsel, chief compliance officer, and co-chief operating officer for the Oasis Group. He is responsible for providing legal advice to the Oasis Group and managing its legal and regulatory affairs on a global basis, as well as managing all non-trading operations for the firm, including infrastructure, IT, business development and investor relations, and human resources. Under Meyer’s leadership, the team has been delivering an outstanding performance for the business, covering all legal, compliance and regulatory matters.
