Listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1997, SOCAM Development is a member of the Shui On Group and is principally engaged with property and construction businesses, having operations spanning mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau. During the last 12 months, the dynamic and experienced legal team has provided assistance to the business in a number of key transactions and deals. In November 2018, SOCAM announced the purchase of a commercial building with 2,600 square metres of gross floor area in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong at an agreed property price of HK$303.5m. The purchase, financed by the group’s internal resources and available banking facilities, was completed on 18 December 2018.
