Bringing more than 20 years of legal experience to the company, Timothy Hui joined the legal department in 2011 and currently serves as general counsel and chief compliance officer in Hong Kong. Headed by Hui, the highly respected legal team is responsible for managing legal and compliance affairs of the company, ranging from contracts to acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as setting and implementing guidelines and processes that ensure Zuellig Pharma’s strict compliance standards are understood and upheld across the organisation. With the legal team’s support, the company recently launched the Zuellig Health Solutions Innovation Centre to develop new services and address some pressing healthcare needs in Asia.
