Taking an ‘active role’ in the company’s new strategic plans, Nuno Conde is not only a highly-qualified and experienced counsel but a business advisor in the truest sense of the term. As the head of legal affairs for the Portuguese media conglomerate IMPRESA, Conde is leading the way in terms of its plans in the audio-visual and digital markets, as well as the ‘co-coordination of the company’s magazine portfolio transaction deal within the short deadline period of four months’.

This is in addition to providing the company’s legal representation to the National Competition Authority on the ‘biggest concentration deal in the TMT sector in Portugal’ involving ALTICE and Grupo Media Capital.
