Eva Argilés is the general counsel of Applus – she manages the global legal team and is responsible for all legal matters worldwide of a multinational listed group present in more than 60 jurisdictions. She successfully handles complex regulatory requirements, allowing Applus to deliver outstanding services across all the territories we operate in. Applus is particularly active in M&A – Argilés has recently overseen several acquisitions (involving regions such as China, the US, Spain, and Sweden), which she directed with extraordinary ability. Additionally, Argilés guides the corporate governance of Applus, organising shareholders meetings, engaging in campaigns with institutional investors and proxy advisors, implementing policies and attending to board and committees' meetings. Furthermore, she is involved in D&I initiatives and is vice-president of ACC Europe.
