In charge of a team of nine, Diego Llavero Rivera is the secretary general and secretary of the board of directors at SGS, having been with the company for more than 20 years. It is made up of a group of highly-qualified legal professionals, specialising in different areas of law and actively taking part in the company’s growth. For the past two years, the team has largely contributed to the expansion of the service portfolio group, and led the negotiation and completion of several key M&A transactions. The legal team has also successfully introduced a corporate compliance culture, providing mandatory trainings to employees of the company, including regular face-to-face training sessions. The team culture emphasises integrity, ethics and professionalism and prides to be considered as a real business partner.
