Noelle Perkins is the EVP, General Counsel & Secretary for Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK), a global leader in commercial real estate services with 52,000 employees in over 400 offices and approximately 60 countries. She is responsible for the oversight and management of the company’s legal, compliance, health and safety, and risk matters.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Noelle was the SVP, General Counsel, Chief Risk Officer & Secretary of Univar Solutions Inc. (NYSE: UNVR), and prior to that role Noelle was the Chief Counsel of the Oilseeds Processing division of Archer Daniels Midland Company (NYSE: ADM). Earlier in her career Noelle spent six years working as an in-house attorney for John Bean Technologies Corporation (NYSE: JBT). She started her career as an intellectual property litigation associate with Bell, Boyd & Lloyd (now K&L Gates).

Noelle received her JD magna cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law and is a graduate of Northwestern University
