Rick Kulevich is senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of CDW, responsible for the legal, corporate governance, enterprise risk management, and ethics and compliance functions. He joined CDW in 2006 and served as vice president and deputy general counsel prior to assuming his current role.  

Before joining CDW, Rick served as associate general counsel and deputy chief compliance officer for Aon Corp., a global professional services firm. Prior to Aon, Kulevich was with Sears, Roebuck and Co., a national retail chain, in a series of senior legal positions. Kulevich earned a bachelor’s degree from West Liberty University and a J.D. from The John Marshall Law School.
