The legal team has recently implemented the automation of low value-high risk contracts through workflow, thereby enabling the legal department to focus more of their time on high-value, strategic work.  

We have also recently begun using a very competent software tool to track multiple entities’ statutory compliances and make business and functional teams accountable.  

The creation of FAQs in layman language for all important business touching regulations also resulted in the breaking down of complex rules, and led to the empowerment of business leaders who can now ask smarter questions.  

Regular customer visits have also been crucial to understand buying and service process pain points and reducing the bureaucratic steps without compromising risk and compliance.
