Vandana Bhatia has worked in various verticals, ranging from pharma and clinical research to education and finance. She handles multiple responsibilities with unbridled excellence, positioning herself as a trusted leader before the management. Her exposure in the corporate space has been the bedrock of her career, and her foundation is built around knowledge and confidence to keep moving. As the board member and director, legal and compliance of Ryan, these qualities enable her to excel in various responsibilities, including as compliance officer, legal head and presiding officer of POSH committee.  

In her last role at Caspian Impact Investments Private Limited, she wore multiple hats; as chief information officer, principal nodal officer, compliance officer, legal head, and member of POSH Committee. She in the long run, envisages becoming a futuristic leader.  

Vandana believes in growing through challenges and traversing various hurdles, contriving value with every effort in her domain. She has also been successful towards delivering best in legal in terms of templatising various legal agreements, digitalising legal processes, managing litigation, negotiations with clients, enlightening companies about possible legal implications and mitigation strategies. Her endeavours as a result-oriented professional with over a decade of experience in corporate laws have earned her recognition from leaders and peers alike.  

Vandana’s academic credentials include Company Secretary by ICSI, an MBA (Finance) and an LLB, which fosters her competitiveness as a compliance expert. She is also a certified corporate director. 

Throughout her extensive career, Vandana has continuously proven herself as a potential leader with great mileage on the corporate ladder. Her success mantra is to be always passionate towards the profession and take responsibility for actions while being compassionate and grounded.
