Sabrina Afroze’s primary practice area is Energy and Infrastructure with a focus on M&A in the Renewable Energy Sector. Prior to joining as General Counsel at BrightNight India, Sabrina was a Partner at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices India and has advised prominent independent power producers as well as international investors and DFIs. She has over 14 years of experience cross-sectoral experience, having worked with various law firms in India and Bangladesh. After graduating from National Law School India University (NLSIU) Bangalore, Sabrina joined Crawford Bailey, Mumbai as a lawyer in their Capital Markets team. She has also done general corporate work during her time at The Legal Circle in Dhaka, Bangladesh, before focusing on Energy and Infrastructure. Her diverse and varied portfolio has helped Sabrina bring a unique intersectionality and big picture approach to her work.
