In the last 12 months, Abramson has been instrumental in managing the complex Irish and UK legal aspects of Travelers’ Brexit strategy, including the establishment and authorisation of Travelers Insurance in Ireland, the transfer to this new Irish carrier of the Group’s existing Irish business formerly underwritten by a UK group entity and associated legal and compliance issues.
