Molloy joined Carne in March 2018 and leads the financial group’s expanding legal team bringing with her significant experience from her role as managing counsel in State Street Global Advisors Ireland where she had spent six years as in-house counsel. Since joining Carne, in line with the considerable growth of Carne’s Irish business, she has overseen the development of the in-house legal capability of this entity, which has significantly expanded its size and scope of operations. A nominator identifies that, ‘Molloy’s role is challenging and demanding but she manages to approach her work with both a commercial and practical view. She is highly regarded in Carne and, from working with her and having also dealt with her in her previous role in State Street Global Advisors Ireland, it is clear to us that she has an ability to quickly spot and evaluate legal issues which helps drive solutions’.
