Pepper Ireland is a leading asset manager and provider of third-party loan and advisory services, part of the wider Pepper Group headquartered in Australia. Pepper currently has over €12bn of loans and commercial real estate assets under management, including commercial real estate portfolios and residential mortgages, as well as personal, small enterprise and other loans. Lisa Doyle, head of legal in Ireland, and the rest of the legal team have supported the company during its strategic growth needs in the country. A 2014 deal signed with Danske Bank saw the asset servicing arm of Pepper become responsible for the day-to-day servicing of personal loans, mortgages, credit cards and current accounts for the bank. When Danske Bank pulled out of the Irish personal banking market, Pepper was able to take over the existing debt contracts, gaining a substantial amount of administration and customer queries.
