Customer service software producer Zendesk’s EMEA legal team is based in Dublin and headed by senior corporate counsel Rachel Tobin, and has been integral to some major successes by the company in recent months. Tobin expanded on just some of these: ‘The legal function has had particular success in handling data privacy matters when supporting the expansion of the company’s business in EMEA and working through the requirements of GDPR.
