Shira is the general counsel at Cato Networks. She is an experienced legal counsel within the tech industry. Prior to Cato Networks, Shira served as vice president of legal at Amdocs, a notable multinational company specialising in software and services for communications, media and financial services providers. In this role, Shira led global teams in the legal practices of corporate, compliance, commercial and labour. Before that, Shira was a senior attorney at Herzog Fox & Neeman, one of Israel’s leading law firms.

Shira holds an LLB degree from the College of Management Law School and is a member of the Israel Bar Association.
