Stefano Iesurum joined Diesel as the company’s head of legal affairs in 2006 after spending five years working for eyewear company Marcolin, and has subsequently developed into one of the foremost legal counsels within the fashion industry. He is particularly noted for his skills in IP, trademark infringement, licensing, corporate law and commercial litigation, international law, privacy law and negotiation. Iesurum focuses on ensuring his legal department achieves the core objectives of ‘standardisation, simplification, and effectiveness’ in all legal matters, whether it’s in communication with the rest of the business, or in its litigation strategy. Iesurum has worked on some of Diesel’s biggest litigations and transactions in the last 10 years including complex licensing agreements, a co-branding agreement, selective distribution and endorsement agreements.
