The main trends that are impacting the industry sector I work in Italy are the ESG directive, anti-money laundering, and AIFMD 

What measures has your company taken to embed sustainability practices into its core business operations, and how does the role of the general counsel contribute to driving and ensuring sustainable practices within the company?  

The company has recently developed an ESG plan which will be continuously updated throughout the next year. As general counsel, I will work on the updating of the procedures. 

How would you assess the impact of new technologies on the legal landscape in Italy, and what measures would you propose to leverage these technologies while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations?  

Understanding the impact of the new technologies on the legal landscape in Italy is not easy, but as a SICAF there are a lot of rules to follows in order to be compliant, for example, the Dora Directive.
