Pragmatic and innovative, Luca strongly believes that corporate identity, culture and team working are some of the main characteristics with which to face the changes and challenges that the market proposes day by day.  

He’s a senior executive lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in managing legal and corporate affairs departments of multinational Groups listed in the stock exchanges operating in global market and in highly competitive scenarios.  

He has focused his experience on international projects and agreements in industrial and commercial fields, coordinating many M&A, litigation and commercial projects and dealing with national and international public and private bodies for the implementation of the projects.  

Luca joined Prada in 2008 as head of the legal department, and then he served as Industrial area legal director and chairman of the Industrial Compliance Committee from 2010 to 2017.  

He served as legal officer of the Luna Rossa sailing team during the 36th America’s Cup.  

Before it, he worked at Tiscali Group for about eight years of which four as head of the legal and corporate affairs department of Tiscali Italia Spa and secretary of the board of director.
