Recently, I have been involved in managing copyright issues, drafting a code of conduct concerning the use of artificial intelligence, and conducting various evaluations and initiatives related to corporate governance issues and corporate operations.

To measure the impact of ESG initiatives on our company’s overall performance and reputation, we employ a multifaceted approach. We establish specific KPIs related to environmental, social, and governance factors. These might include metrics on carbon footprint reduction, diversity and inclusion rates, and governance practices. Regular ESG reports, and third-party audits also help ensure transparency and accountability. We gather feedback from stakeholders, including employees, customers, investors, and communities, through surveys and engagement activities. This helps us gauge perceptions and areas for improvement. Our team analyses the correlation between ESG initiatives and financial and monitor brand reputation through media analysis, social media sentiment, and rankings in ESG indexes and ratings.
