Antonella Centra is executive vice president general counsel, corporate affairs and sustainability at Gucci. During a career spanning more than 25 years, she practiced law as a transformational tool to help international companies achieve sustainable growth, across markets and cultures. 

After graduating in law with the highest distinction from the University La Sapienza in Rome and earning a master’s degree in European Union law from the College of Europe in Bruges, Antonella trained professionally in several high-profile law firms, leading the legal teams of some of the world’s best-known companies, including Coca Cola and Bottega Veneta. 

She has been working in Gucci since 2015, where she holds the position of executive vice president general counsel, corporate affairs and sustainability. In this role, she helps shape Gucci’s environmental and social sustainability journey, making it a pillar of the company’s corporate culture thanks to her passion and contribution. Antonella’s responsibilities in this area also include promoting inclusiveness, equity, and gender equality.
